The Rev. Lisa Meirow
Rector
A Jacksonville native, Mtr. Lisa has a Bachelors in English Literature and a Juris Doctor from Florida State University. Prior to ordained ministry, she practiced law in insurance and finance. Mtr. Lisa graduated from Sewanee in 2018 and returned home to Jacksonville.
Mtr. Lisa is active in the Diocese of Florida and has served in various roles at the diocesan level with a focus on evangelism, church growth, and communications. She is also a producer of the podcasts A Morning at the Office, An Evening at Prayer, and Daily Prayer from Forward Movement.
Mtr. Lisa married her husband, Jordan, in 2009, and they have a son, Griffin, and a Bassador (a Basset Hound/Labrador) rescue, Lily.

The Rev. Dcn. Mike Barbare
Deacon
Deacon Mike and his family were members of St. Andrew's from 1985 to 1999. After a job transfer and absence, they returned to St. Andrew's in 2010. Mike is married to Debbie, who is retired from St. Mary's Episcopal Church and Outreach Mission. Mike and Debbie have 2 children, 3 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. His diaconal duties include assisting with services and helping out with parish pastoral care and visitation needs.
Mike's other interests include reading, music and exercising, but his favorite leisure time activity is hanging out with his grandkids. Mike works as a self-employed real estate appraiser. In previous lives he was a banker and a sales manager.

Kathleen Slama
Parish Administrator
Kathleen has been a member of St. Andrew’s since her family moved to Jacksonville from Montana in 1974. She was confirmed here by Bishop Cerveny and has been a Sunday School teacher, youth group leader, choir member and money counter. Kathleen graduated from Jacksonville University with a major in Computer Science and Spanish and worked as a programmer and project manager at Prudential for a little over 31 years.
Kathleen and her sons, Adam and John, share a house with her mom, Jane Palmer, and a large collection of pets. When she’s not doing something with the boys, she enjoys reading, watching murder mysteries and crafts such as scrapbooking, card-making and creating t-shirts for her family.

Julian Bryson
Interim Music Director
Julian Bryson is the former Director of Choral Activities at Jacksonville University and brings over a decade of church music leadership. He holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Choral Conducting from the University of Kentucky, and a Master of Music in Choral Conducting and a Bachelor of Music in Composition from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. His compositions have won national awards and international performances.

Julian and his husband Ariel moved to Jacksonville in 2019 from Quincy, MA. Like many Floridians, they are currently renovating a mid-century modern home, and plan to continue doing so for the next several decades. When not working on the house, they enjoy watching Drag Race, America’s Got Talent, and other reality TV shows, spending time in the gym, and growing a large plant family in the backyard. Julian is also an avid fan of Star Trek, having watched every episode of every series.

Sally Boyd
Children's Minister
Sally was born and raised in Jacksonville, and is currently attending the University of North Florida for biology and history. She grew up at Our Saviour in Mandarin, and has worked at Camp Weed Summer Camp the last two summers. Sally enjoys reading, cooking and spending time outside.

The Rev. Ronnie Willerer
Retired Priest Associate
Mtr. Ronnie has returned to her childhood church, St. Andrew’s, and is blessed to be able to serve whenever needed. She and her husband, Max, were married at St. Andrews, raised their two sons in this church and she was sent off to seminary from here. After serving as a rector in a small sister church she retired from parish ministry in 2021.
She and Max enjoy spending time with her five grandchildren, and of course, their parents, and traveling this beautiful country in their 5th wheel.
